Shipping Policy

 

PROCESSING TIME:

Orders typically take one to two business days to ship. Weekends and holidays will affect our

guaranteed delivery time, depending on the delivery service selected.

Priority will be given to orders that include shipping.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Please verify your delivery address to avoid delays due to common spelling errors, apartment numbers,

suite numbers, or invalid line entries. Once the package has left our facility, we will not be able to

modify the address.

If tracking indicates “Delivered” and you cannot locate your package, we will follow courier protocols to

report and file a claim under the assigned tracking number.

Lost package claim investigations may take several days. Once confirmed lost, we will issue a refund or

replacement.

If a package is returned due to an address error, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

USPS deliveries may be placed in parcel lockers if they do not fit in your mailbox.

Delivery is Monday through Friday only.

FREE SHIPPING:

We offer free shipping within the U.S. for orders of two or more products. Excludes expedited shipping.

WHOLESALE ORDERS:

Wholesale orders contain more than 13 products or have a total value of $600 or more and are subject

to shipping charges.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Transit time depends on courier performance and may be affected by weather, delays, invalid

addresses, or high volume.Returns are subject to refund minus original shipping and restocking fees.

Orders cannot be canceled once they enter the shipping process.

USPS Claims:

Claims may be initiated 15 days after the package leaves our facility.

Claims must be filed between 15 and 60 days from the shipping date.

HIGH-RISK ORDERS:

Orders flagged for fraud may require photo ID, credit card verification (last 4 digits visible), and order

confirmation screenshot.

If no response is received within 5 days, the order will be refunded.

CLAIM STATUS:

If tracking shows delivered but not received, a claim will be initiated with the carrier. Final carrier

response determines refund or replacement.

DISCLAIMER:

We are not responsible for packages delivered to business addresses received by third parties.

For hotel deliveries, contact the hotel first.

We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

ADDRESS CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Customers have 1 hour after purchase to request address changes or cancellations.

After that, no modifications or cancellations will be accepted.
