Hayvi Store products have been formulated and produced to the highest quality standards. If you are dissatisfied with the experience you have had, please let us know so that we can rectify the situation. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
You return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We will also cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Refunds for returns not caused by our error will have the original Shipping and Handling fee removed from the total refund. You will also be responsible for the return shipping charges to our facility.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot process refunds or accept returns if any of our flavors aren’t to your liking, as flavor preferences are subjective.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges:
Shipping charges incurred for the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for the costs of shipping and the risk of loss or damage during shipping, both to and from Hayvi Store.
Damaged items:
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items:
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
Digital products:
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. Please contact us if you experience any issues receiving or downloading the digital products.
Incorrect Address:
Hayvi Store is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer (this includes wrong apartment/house number, wrong street, etc.). Please ensure that you provide all the correct information when placing your order. Hayvi Store is also not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders.
Address Changes:
How do I change my address on an existing order in transit?
Once the order is processed and in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipping company and make the necessary changes (additional charges may apply). Hayvi Store cannot be held responsible for address changes.
How do I change my address on an existing order?
If the order has not been shipped and you need to change your address, you must cancel the order and make a new purchase. A 3% transaction fee will apply for this change.
How do I cancel my order that is in transit?
Once your order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to return the item once received, you may return it under the standard return policy.
Returns and Refunds:
To return an item:
Pack the items securely in the original package, including your order number and a note explaining the return reason.
Indicate whether you would like an exchange or refund (refunds are issued to the original payment method).
Return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Keep the return tracking number to ensure the package is received by our Returns Team.
Refund Process for Wrong Address & Undeliverable Orders:
Domestic Orders with Free Shipping: Reimbursed minus a 15% handling and restocking fee, plus taxes if applicable.
Domestic Orders with Paid Shipping: Reimbursed without shipping charges, minus 5% for handling and restocking fees, plus taxes if applicable.
International Orders: Reimbursed without shipping charges, minus 10% for handling and restocking fees.
Refund Time:
Refunds may take up to four weeks from the time you give the package to the return shipper, depending on the shipping carrier and processing time.
Claims for Lost Packages:
If the tracking indicates that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, we will initiate a claim process with the delivery company. Claim investigations can take up to 30–40 days.
State Sales and Use Taxes:
As of February 2022, some states in the United States regulate “Sales Taxes” for electronic purchases. This tax is collected by us on behalf of the government and is not retained by Hayvi Store. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
